I was given your contact card from a previous client of yours, Mr & Mrs Dungate who were very pleased with your service and with the ring they purchased from you and offered me your card to get in touch. Could you tell me whether you will have some good quality diamonds in stock over this period at Christmas or of the style I am looking for. The style of ring I am interested in needs to be in 18ct gold (yellow gold not white) and if possible with the diamond inset in to a ring (not held in a claw, maybe it's called flat set? - sorry I don't know the technical wording for this). I would very much like a 1ct diamond, but this depends on price etc, as I would not like to forfeit quality for size so this depends. As I said this is the style I am very much interested in, but I am willing to look at other styles to and I guess it is whatever style catches my eye the most. Letter 7: I lived in Singapore for 18 months prior to moving to Kuala Lumpur where I now reside. In my time in Singapore I purchased quite a lot of jewellery from Richard Hung and alway went back there because of the mutual trust we had built up and also because of the excellent service and politeness and help shown by the staff. I returned to Singapore two weeks ago on business and called in to show Mr. Hung that a stone had fallen out of one of my wifes rings and to ask him if he could repair it during our stay which was only 5 days. He immediately said yes and without any prompting offered my wife a brand new identical ring as a replacement. We were very surprised and extremly pleased with the response and the fact that after 12 months he remembered both of us and we were relieved that everything was dealt with so professionaly and quickly. Needless to say that I also purchased a Birthday gift fro my wife whilst I was there. Richard Hung deserves to be highly recommended as he is a credit to the businessmen of Singapore and I can only wish him every success in the future.
