Our store guarantees that the jewelleryy sold are genuine and of good condition. The warranty period against defects due to manufacturers fault is one year from date of purchase. During this period, our store will undertake to repair or make good such defects free of charge. Our store will not be responsible for any jewellery that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, accident or have been tampered with.

By being affiliated to Global Refund, our tourist customers are able to receive immediate cash-in-hand when departing Singapore or at any of Global Refund`s over 600 Cash Refund counters of offices worldwide. I lived in Singapore for 18 months prior to moving to Kuala Lumpur where I now reside. In my time in Singapore I purchased quite a lot of jewellery from Richard Hung and alway went back there because of the mutual trust we had built up and also because of the excellent service and politeness and help shown by the staff.
I returned to Singapore two weeks ago on business and called in to show Mr. Hung that a stone had fallen out of one of my wifes rings and to ask him if he could repair it during our stay which was only 5 days. We were very surprised and extremly pleased with the response and the fact that after 12 months he remembered both of us and we were relieved that everything was dealt with so professionaly and quickly.
Needless to say that I also purchased a Birthday gift fro my wife whilst I was there. Richard Hung deserves to be highly recommended as he is a credit to the businessmen of Singapore and I can only wish him every success in the future. I will certainly be back on my next trip to Singapore.
